Very Good

room was cleaned everyday, comfy and big room, shower was pleasant with hot and cold water

water tap was not clean and hard to „close“ (should be switched for a new one) pool was closed (maintenance) during the whole stay

Good for short stay.

Comfortable room, quiet. Walking distance to Intramuros.

The cafe downstairs is really only set up for the prepaid breakfast. They wouldn’t serve us a la carte, so we ended up paying 1200PH or so apiece for coffee, pastries and fruit. No other alternatives were available nearby.

pompous, overrated, expensive option, with great location near the US Embassy

I like the proximity to the US Embassy, this is the main reason we booked it. It is an overall nice property, a bit dated in certain areas but since it is a remodeled historical building, it makes sense.

The pool was closed; I think guests should be warned before booking since this was the second reason we booked this hotel, other than the proximity to the US Embassy. The food is expensive and overrated. There are roaches in the restaurant and the feeling is of not a lot of care. Most of the food is salty or greasy; puto and cassava cakes are ok, though not really gourmet. Lunch and dinner options are not a lot but certainly expensive. A lot of the people working here are nice except perhaps the one or two receptionists at the time we checked in; they need to be more customer oriented. Coffee sucks.

Grand, looking Hotel, with incredibly helpful and friendly staff in an excellent location

Very Grand Hotel in a great location for the old town in Manila and to get to the airport. Really friendly and helpful staff. Very secure hotel.

It was pretty good really, some parts are looking a little dated and could do with a refresh.

A very nice place Between the hustle and bustle of the city Causing me to have a nice getaway Deters all hassles of daily living Even the food was great Felt like Ive found the ONE hotel to go back to over and over Glad to have seen it here in booking How I wish I can stay there again soon I would love another relaxing break Just to relax and breathe Kill time while doing nothing but chill Lie on the soft clean sheets Move around and enjoy the view of the bay Never exerting much effort for a nice view Of course doing all these with the family Perfect getaway for merely a few days Quite a rare gem in the polluted city Relax and unwind are part of this experience Short but sweet Timely for a quick leave Unworthy to be compared to the usuals Very very very glad that I came across this for booking We’ll definitely go back Xcellently and beautifully built You might want to try Zealous comment because I really had fun

The facilities were beyond our expectation.

The facilities were beyond our expectation. Basic gym equipmet is available and locker rooms were sparkling clean. The view of Manila Bay sunset is simply awesome.

Amazing place!

Everything is fabulous. Our room is big cozy and enough for two adults and two kids. The lobby is gorgeous. The recreational areas like the pool and the gym are both well-maintained. The view from the pool is beautiful especially in the afternoon with the gorgeous sunset. The breakfast buffet is delicious though with little choices but i guess its better that way. The staff are quiet lovely!

The noise at night especially around 10pm must have something to do with the renovation somewhere. AND, is it really necessary to have a tarpaulin of the president and the owner on the lobby of the hotel?

Lovely solo stay

JC, the concierge, was outstanding. He learnt I was travelling alone and he prepared an itinerary for me for my stay - without being asked.

Check-in and check out were time consuming, awkward and inefficient. Reception staff weren’t particularly friendly; were somewhat standoffish.

Great overall.

Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was very comfortable. Hotel is spacious-wide halls and large rooms. Staff was professional and very helpful.

Food was good overall, but very rich. Fries could have been deep fried in newer oil. Toaster at buffet was inoperable-need a backup.

Local hospitality is evident & location is conveniently near Luneta; Staff shown real effort to show Filipino hospitality .

Noisy from upper floor due maybe to on going construction- maybe as sound movements of dragging furniture being heard in room, specially past 10pm to past midnight ; Breakfast buffet selection not as impressive , bread area do not have toaster to at least heat the buns...even when I requested for pack breakfast as i need to check out early ( bread ( not as freshly baked) + butter) & fruits).. hope this can be improved; There were some drippings in Air-conditioning system at Chinese resto we had dinner & in front of the reception area - hope this can be improved

A most beautiful hotel in a fantastic location. I would definitely recommend.

Staff had a lot of trouble managing a la carte breakfast orders

Very comfortable, great staff and service and the food was fantastic in the dinning room

I loved the location close to everything we were interested in. The staff were really professional, helpful and made us feel very welcome. It was a quiet and peaceful environment to come back to especially when Manila can be full on.

On our last night there was a noisy party in the penthouse which didn't finish until 2 am. We were not happy visiting the front desk at 1.30 am to complain. Loud parties ruin the ambiance of Rizal Park Hotel.
